SECTION .1100 - BID PROTEST, CONTESTED CASE PROCEDURE

09 NCAC 06B .1101          RIGHT TO HEARING

Whenever ITS or the State CIO acts in such a way as to affect the rights, duties, or privileges of a party, that party may request a hearing in accordance with this Section and G.S. 150B, Article 3A.
